After a month of plateauing I think I may actually be making some progress. Perhaps the kickball on Thursday and Sunday nights has been of help to me. I'm not exercising often, but I'm trying to get more physical at work and home when I can. Not the best diet week for me, either, but I think that for the most part I'm doing better (especially with eating more fruits). I've also been a water fiend, which I'm sure has helped in a couple of ways.Probably time for me to really get back on it, since I've gotten some surprisingly good weeks without working particularly hard at it. This is weird because I had several nonproductive weeks when I was busting my ass. I wonder what would happen if I really tried now?
